Wine growing and winemaking mastery have developed the profile of this wine which by now has become the flagship of local wines. A great classic which has always accompanied the pleasure of being at the table together. Only the best selected Pignoletto grapes are used for this sparkling gem full of personality.
Alive and glowing, it reveals its unique and true origins at the first sip thanks to the refined and qualified sensory balance.

WINEMAKING METHOD

Light pressing at low pressure; immediate separation of the first pressing must which then ferments due to the inoculation of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 14 C°. The natural lysis of the cell walls of the yeasts, to then age in bottles for at least 60 days.

Crystalline, a clear pale yellow

AROMA
Characteristic and mellow with intense notes of fruit

TASTE
Full, delicate and well balanced.
