Trebbiano Chardonnay Rubbicone I.G.T.



The Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes are fermented separately.Light pressing at a low pressure; immediated separation of the first must pressings which are successively fermented thanks to the selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 14°C.
After the development of the lees contact the blending takes place. Ageing in bottles for at least 60 days.

Two grape varieties, the native Trebbiano and the international Chardonnay, for a unique wine: two elements carefully balanced for a refined, but at the same time, decisive result.
Fresh, clean fruits and the winemaker’s hand to calibrate the blending, gives us this delicate and harmonious blend of fine and elegant aromas.
