Sparkling Trebbiano Chardonnay I.G.T.
The Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes are fermented separately. Soft pressing at low operating pressure; immediate separation of the first-pressing must which is then fermented due to the addition of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 14C°.
After the development of the lees contact the blending is carried out. Ageing in bottles for at least 30 days.
