SANGIOVESE MERLOT
The hints of red fruits of Sangiovese combines with the more complex herbaceous notes of Merlot to produce a refined and balanced wine. Close-focused, of excellent olfactory intensity, fresh and very drinkable.
Pleasant flavour impact enriched by an intriguing mix of harmonies that highlight the sincerity.
WINEMAKING METHOD
The Sangiovese and Merlot grapes are fermented separately. The grapes are delicately pressed, then steeped and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10/15 days at 28/30 °C. The cycles of daily refittings allow for the complete extraction of the phenolic content of the cells of the skins.
After the malolactic fermentation follows the lees contact developments, then proceeding with the blending. Ageing in bottles for at least 60 days.
