WINEMAKING METHOD
The grapes are delicately pressed, then macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10/15 days at 28/30 °C.
The daily refittings allow for the complete extraction of the phenolic content of the cells of the skins. After the malolactic fermentation follows the development of the lees contact and finally ageing in the bottle for at least 60 days.
